Charles Robertson (1844–1891) was a British painter and engraver, later working primarily in watercolour. He studied in London in the early 1860s and exhibited at the Royal Academy from 1863.
Robertson travelled extensively in North Africa and the Middle East, including Algeria (from 1862), Turkey (1872), and Egypt and Morocco (1876), subjects that informed much of his work. In 1885 he was elected an associate of the Royal Watercolour Society, becoming a full member shortly before his death.
His works are held in public collections including the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool, and the National Gallery of Australia.
