Set of three exquisite large creamy-green opaline vases of baluster shape, with hand-painted enamel decoration of matching, but not identical design. Each vase is adorned with vignettes of birds on blooming cherry branches and in flight, surrounded by bees (an homage to Napoleon Bonaparte) and gilt rims, completed with delicate blue enamel patterns. Preserved in excellent antique condition, minor wear on gilt due to natural aging.
