About

A pair of vintage French twelve-light chandeliers, richly adorned with cascading crystals on a gilt bronze (ormolu) frames. Designed in an elaborate composition, with finely cast palm leaves on branches around the central stem. The lower section features an openwork ormolu basket, beneath which extends a full ring of scrolling Rococo arms. Each arm supports a candle-form light with a shaped drip pan, framed by further swags of faceted glass droplets that echo the movement above. Preserved in great antique condition. Fully electrified and functional.
